SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The University of Colorado women's tennis team fell to No.19-ranked Syracuse this afternoon in Syracuse, N.Y., by a score of 5-1.
The Buffaloes (4-4), who were without senior Annabelle Andrinopoulos for the match, fought hard against Syracuse (5-4) and picked up the lone point in the No. 3 singles match with Megan Forster defeating Maria Tritou in three sets. Forster found herself down after losing the opening set 6-2, but rallied back with consecutive 6-3 sets to take the victory.
