Colorado's football program added another recruit to its 2016 signing class when three-star cornerback Ronnie Blackmon pledged to the Buffaloes Wednesday morning.
Blackmon, who is listed at 5-foot-10, 174 pounds, plays for Westlake High School in Atlanta and chose CU over a long list of other schools. 247Sports was the first to report the oral commitment.
According to Rivals, Blackmon had seventeen Division I offers, including Arizona, Colorado State, Georgia Tech, Louisville and West Virginia.
"I am proud to say that I'm officially committed to play my college football for the Colorado Buffaloes," Blackmon wrote on his Twitter account Wednesday.
