BOULDER – Senior Alexis Robinson recorded a career-high 33 points to lead all players in Colorado's return to the CU Events Center. Her record-night paced the Buffaloes women's basketball team who ended up on the short end of a 64-60 verdict against UCLA on Friday night.
Colorado was in the game the entire night, despite shooting just 29.4 percent (20-68). The Buffs led by as many as 11 in the first quarter but were outscored by the Bruins in the final three periods. CU never let the game get out of reach, keeping the Bruins within six points.
