Recent Grad Sborov Named Assistant Coach At Harvard

BOULDER – Recent University of Colorado graduate and four-year letter winner Jasmine Sborov has been named an assistant women’s basketball coach at Harvard University.

Sborov played in 108 games for Colorado from 2011-15, helping the Buffaloes to three postseason appearances including the 2013 NCAA Tournament. She was the team captain as a senior and enjoyed an all-around solid season averaging 6.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.

A native of Round Rock, Texas, Sborov, will join Kathy Delaney-Smith’s staff that led the Crimson to a 14-14 mark in 2014-15. Current CU assistant Kelly Rae Finley was on Delaney-Smith’s staff from 2008-12 and the Buffs’ director of operations Miriam Rutzen played for Harvard from 2009-13.
