The actual camp portion of practices has come to a close, and Colorado head football coach Mike MacIntyre said he's pleased with how the Buffaloes have played and practiced.
"We got three good scrimmages in (during camp) and nobody got hurt in any of those scrimmages," MacIntyre said. "We covered all of our basics and we were very, very physical in those scrimmages. I think it's a credit to how much stronger and powerful our team is, staying healthy through those."
The Buffs also worked quite a bit on special teams during camp.
MacIntyre has been pleased with the team's work ethic all through camp and said he was pleasantly surprised with how well they practiced on Saturday morning after conducting a scrimmage on Friday night.
