Phillip Lindsay having an unprecedented start to his rookie season in the NFL

Denver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay took the most of his opportunity in the NFL and ran with it— literally. In the first two games of the season, the “Tasmanian Devil” has rushed for 178 yards which leads all rookie rushers, along with three receptions for 35 yards and a touchdown. The former Buff became the first undrafted player in NFL history to record 100+ yards from scrimmage in each of his first two games on Sunday.

Lindsay’s production value might not come as a surprise to many people inside the state of Colorado who have followed his career going back to Denver South High School.
