Mel Tucker hasn’t made a lot of flashy hires yet, retaining coaches and hiring behind-the-scenes guys for the coordinator positions. His first outside position coach hire, an OL coach (as it should be), is a big name hire that should excite all of Buff nation.
Chris Kapilovic is (reportedly) your new OL coach for the Colorado Buffaloes. Most recently, he was the OC/OL coach for the North Carolina Tar Heels with Larry Fedora. Mack Brown wanted to switch to an Air Raid offense, so he hired Texas Tech’s OL coach, Brandon Jones (on my dream staff list).
