After visiting Boulder this weekend to commit in-person, Lavon “LJ” Wallace, a three-star recruit out of Atwater, CA, has officially given the Buffaloes his word.
The 6-foot-3, 185-pounder has great size and the speed to match it, self-reporting his 40 time at 4.47 seconds. He has the ability to play at cornerback or safety when he gets to Colorado but safety is the most likely with the cornerback talent that they have brought in.
Atwater is a small rural town in Northern California, which is big reason why Wallace hasn’t been in the national spotlight in terms of recruiting.
