BOULDER—Mikaela Tommy was named the MVP of the RMISA for women's alpine, the league announced Monday.
Tommy, a senior from Wakefield, Quebec, has five race victories and nine podium appearances in 10 finishes this season. She has won five of the six GS races so far this season and finished second in the other. In slalom, she has finished four of six races with three podiums, including one runner-up performance.
Her five wins in GS this season are the most in CU history and accompanied with three last year, her eight overall GS wins is also the CU standard.
