Former Colorado Buffaloes wide receiver Michael Westbrook is heading to the College Football Hall of Fame.
Westbrook, who starred with the Buffs from 1991-94, is one of 17 players selected to the 2020 class by the National Football Foundation. Two coaches will also be inducted.
“I knew I had been on the ballot, and you anticipate getting in, but you never expect it so I kind of let my guard down a bit,” he said in a news release. “Then I got the package from the Hall of Fame, and I’m like, “Wow!”
