“They just raved about the (CU Buffs) staff,” noted Blair Angulo, the Mountains and Islands recruiting analyst with 247Sports.com. “They said that the staff just made a different connection that they really didn’t notice or see at other places. So (the coaches have) been doing a good job of that, of developing these relationships and kind of fostering that.
