Macdonald leads Buffs for second straight tournament
TUCSON, Ariz. — The University of Colorado men's golf team inched up one spot into a 14th place finish here Tuesday as the University of Arizona's National Invitational Tournament came to a close.
No. 4 Arizona State cruised to the team win, as the Sun Devils posted a 50-under par team score of 814; of the 12 scores that made up ASU's total, 11 of those were in the 60s. No. 5 Southern California was a distant second, despite posting a 29-under par 835 score, which edged No. 3 Oklahoma (836) by a single shot.
