Scouts from 29 NFL teams were at Colorado's annual pro day on Wednesday, and Phillip Lindsay met with many of them.
"They were impressed," he said. "They didn't think I was as fast as I was."
Just about everybody was impressed, as Lindsay put on a show after being snubbed at the NFL's annual scouting combine in Indianapolis.
The former Buffaloes running back ran the 40-yard dash in a blazing 4.39 seconds, did 14 reps on the bench press, had a 35.5-inch vertical leap and looked smooth and fast as he ran through cone drills and passing routes.
