BOULDER – University of Colorado guard Kennedy Leonard was named to the 2016 Pac-12 All-Freshman Team voted on by the league coaches, the conference announced on Monday.
In addition, Kennedy received honorable mention to the All-Pac-12 team along with Jamee Swan. Guard Alexis Robinson was also named an honorable mention to the All-Freshman squad.
Leonard, a native of Southlake, Texas is second on the team in scoring at 11.8 points, third in rebounds at 3.7, and leads the team with 4.7 assists and 1.4 steals per game. The first-year Buff finished the regular season ranked sixth overall in the conference in assists and third among freshmen.
