Colorado Buffaloes head football coach Karl Dorrell joined The Jim Rome Show this week. The two discussed how the Pac-12 conference was preparing for a shift in athletic seasons and overall safety.
One of the biggest concern for Dorrell is the risks of playing two seasons in a calendar year. “That’s going to be the challenges with all of us as coaches and our programs,” Dorrell said. “That’s the first thing that hits my brain about playing two seasons in a calendar year. It is really going to be a challenge. It is health and safety which are the biggest concerns that I have.
