EUGENE, Ore. — The University of Colorado men's golf team needed a good start here Monday and did just that, ending the first day of the 60th Annual Pac-12 Conference Championships in a tie for sixth place.
No. 18 Stanford, the hottest team coming in the event with two straight wins, and No. 30 UCLA are tied for the lead at the midway point with 5-under par 705 team scores. No. 10 California is in third, two back at 707, with No. 6 Southern California fourth (3-over 7 13) and No. 76 Utah rounding out the top five (716).
