BOULDER — The University of Colorado men's golf team will open the spring portion of its schedule Friday in Wyoming's World Match Play Championship, heading to Palm Desert, Calif., to compete for the title with seven other schools.
The second annual event will take place this Friday and Saturday (Feb. 10-11) at the Classic Club, a 7,322-yard, par-72 design. Colorado is the No. 1 seed and thus drew No. 8 South Dakota State for its first round match Friday at 8 a.m. MST.
