Madi Krauser already has landed her first job.
Just two months removed from the graduation ceremony at the University of Colorado, the former Buffaloes soccer standout has signed a contract to play professionally in France. Krauser signed with ASJ Soyaux-Charente in France's top women's division.
A four-year starter for CU, Krauser accepted a move from the midfield to defense last year and still recorded four assists while winning the team's defensive MVP award. Krauser also earned second team All-Pac-12 Conference honors.
Krauser's career total of 16 assists ranks third all-time at CU.
Krauser will leave for Europe in late July is expected to play an outside back role.
