The University of Colorado announced Wednesday the 10 members that will make up the school’s athletic Hall of Fame 2019 class, and headlining the list were two former football coaches.
The group — whose careers cover a span from the 1890s to well into the 2000s — represents five sports and features a trailblazer in administration. The 10 future inductees include: former football coaches Fred Folsom and Gary Barnett, former football player and assistant coach Brian Cabral, former football and baseball player Ed Pudlik, former football player Barry Helton, former cross country and track stars Jenny (Barringer) Simpson and Dan Reese, former skiers Bruce Gamble and Jana (Rehemaa) Weinberger, and former women’s athletics director Jane Wahl.
