Chadd Evans, a former University of Colorado football player being held in a Tulsa, Okla., jail in connection with the shooting deaths of three people in Park Hill, is waiting for two police jurisdictions to decide whose criminal case will get priority.
Evans is being held without bond in the Tulsa County Jail on a warrant from Denver police. But he also faces multiple felony charges in Oklahoma, including armed robbery, drug possession, child neglect, a weapons charge and a gang-related charge, according to the Tulsa County Inmate Information Center.
