BOULDER – Former women's basketball standout Alexis Robinson will continue her basketball career overseas, signing her first professional contract. Robinson heads to Belarus to join BC Horizont Minsk.
"I'm just happy for the opportunity to be able to travel and keep playing basketball," Robinson explained. "To get to make a living and play the game I love, that's probably the biggest blessing for me."
Robinson, the team's 2018-19 MVP, graduated last spring. She closed out her senior year as one of the top contributors for the Buffs. The Ashland, Ky., native shouldered a heavy load and was rewarded with All-Pac-12 honorable mention honors.
