BOULDER — Derrick White scored 23 points — 17 in the second half — and the Colorado Buffaloes put forth their best effort of the season Saturday night, knocking off No. 10 Oregon 74-65 in the Coors Events Center.
The win, Colorado's second straight, improved the Buffs to 12-10 and 2-7 in Pac-12 play. The Ducks, who saw their 16-game win streak come to an end, fell to 19-3 and suffered their first conference loss to fall to 8-1.
Colorado led by 12, 64-52, with 3:11 to go, then survived a final Ducks run that cut the lead to four, 65-61, with two minutes left.
