BOULDER – BuffsTV caught up with Colorado assistant volleyball coach Evan Sanders, who is in her first year with the Buffaloes.
Sanders, a Lafayette, Colo. native, served one year as a volunteer assistant coach at Texas, which was the 2015 NCAA Tournament runner-up.
“The University of Colorado was 15 minutes from where I grew up, so this was always the school I came to watch growing up,” Sanders said. “I honestly couldn’t have dreamt up a better job for me. This is a dream come true.”
The Buffs will start team practices on the end of March and will play several scrimmages in April, including one against reigning NCAA Champion and former conference foe, Nebraska.
