Former University of Colorado standout quarterback Darian Hagan has been named an assistant coach for Team USA this summer as it competes in the Federation of American Football World Championship in Canton, Ohio.
Hagan has worked in the Colorado football program as an assistant coach or operations staffer since 2004 when he was hired by former coach Gary Barnett. He currently serves as director of player development under coach Mike MacIntyre and will coach receivers for Team USA.
Hagan coached running backs in Boulder for five seasons for former coach Dan Hawkins, who is the head coach of Team USA this summer.
