A familiar face is ready to help the Colorado women's lacrosse team overcome the worst four-game start in the program's six-year history.
On Thursday, CU announced that 2018 graduate Darby Kiernan will rejoin the program as a volunteer assistant coach.
Kiernan is the Buffaloes' all-time leader in a number of categories, including starts (75), goals (210), assists (77), and points (287). As a senior last year, Kiernan also established CU single-season records for goals (70), assists (31), and points (101).
The Buffs fell to 1-3 with a home loss Sunday against then-No. 25 Michigan, although all four of those matches have occurred against ranked foes.
