BOULDER — Colorado senior forward Lucas Siewert recorded his first double-double of the season to help the 23rd-ranked Buffaloes to a 78-56 win over Washington State on Thursday night at the CU Events Center.
Siewert finished the game with 16 points and a season-high 10 rebounds. His 10 rebounds tied a career high, with the other two instances coming in his two other double-doubles, back-to-back games against Portland and Colorado State last season. He was one of three Buffaloes to record a double-double in Thursday's win, along with Evan Battey, who had 12 points and 10 rebounds, and McKinley Wright IV with 10 points and 10 assists.
