BOULDER — In the aftermath of Colorado's 13th consecutive Pac-12 loss Saturday at Arizona State, running back Phillip Lindsay called a players' only meeting that was held after the team dinner Sunday evening.
"After the game, everyone was pretty upset," defensive end Derek McCartney said. "Phillip Lindsay came in, he was fired up, and he said, 'Everyone come in, we're having a meeting tomorrow.' Everyone had to be there."
The Buffs lost at Arizona State, 48-23, and have not won a conference game since November of 2013. Arizona comes to Boulder this weekend for homecoming.
