CU women's golf tied for 14th after two rounds of NCAAs

STILLWATER, Okla. - Mixing a brutally tough course with a shot of Mother Nature made for a long afternoon for the University of Colorado women's golf team.

The good news is when the weather cleared and the sun set - just as the round ended - the Buffaloes found themselves still in the mix, tied for 14th after the second round of the 2018 NCAA Women's Golf Championship at the Karsten Creek Golf Club.

No. 28 ranked Colorado shot 13-over, 301, five strokes better than its one round score. The Buffaloes remained tied with No. 18 Wake Forest for the championship at 30-over, 607, falling one spot in the standings from Friday's opening round.
