The University of Colorado women's golf team has been picked 23rd in the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) preseason rankings, which were released on Tuesday afternoon.
The Buffaloes advanced to the NCAA Championship last spring for the second time in program history and finished 19th overall. They return many of the athletes from that squad, including Robyn Choi, Kirsty Hodgkins, Gillian Vance and Alisha Lau, who all competed at NCAAs.
Colorado recorded 59 votes in the poll, which was two more than Oklahoma (57).
Pac-12 Conference foe UCLA was selected as the preseason favorite with 521 points and nine first-place votes.
