Coming into Wednesday's home date with Northern Arizona, the Colorado women's basketball team needed a spark.
With a new-look starting lineup, the Buffaloes got that spark.
Haley Smith had 18 points, Jamee Swan had 14 and sophomore Brecca Thomas added a career-high 12 to lead the Buffs to a 90-66 rout of Northern Arizona at Coors Events Center.
CU (4-4) made 54 percent of its shots, scored 23 points off UNA (3-5) turnovers and never trailed in snapping its three-game losing streak.
The Buffs' top two scorers — Swan and freshman point guard Kennedy Leonard — both came off the bench Wednesday.
