University of Colorado goalkeeper Jalen Tompkins helped the Buffaloes soccer team remain unbeaten last week. She picked up wins over Utah Valley and instate rival Denver on her way to being named the Pac-12 Goalkeeper of the Week.
For Tompkins, the weekly honor is her first of the season. It marks the sixth weekly honor of her career. She won the award three times last season. Colorado has now had three different players honored by the conference this season.
Tompkins, a native of Phoenix, Ariz., began the week with a scoreless performance against Utah Valley. She played a perfect first half against the Wolverines, making two saves.
