With 1-2 finishes in both men's slalom and classical races on Saturday, CU's ski team leads halfway through the 2016 Drew Judycki Memorial/Jade Enterprises/New Mexico Invitational.
Junior Mads Stroem won the men's 10K classic race with freshman Petter Reistad taking second. Senior Henrik Gunnarsson won the men's slalom race and freshman Max Luukko took second.
The Buffs finished the day with 344 total points, 28 more than Utah (316), 66 more than Denver (278) and 79 more than host New Mexico (265).
