The University of Colorado men's golf team shot a 5-under par team score of 283 to remain in second place in the 50th annual Gene Miranda-Air Force Falcon Invitational.
After going 3-under in the first round, the Buffs improved by two strokes and sit at 8-under par 568 through 36 holes. Wyoming is in the lead, one-stroke ahead of the Buffs at 9-under 567 after shooting an 8-under 280 in the second round. New Mexico State sits in third at 5-under par 571 with Northern Colorado (1-under 575) and host Air Force (even par 576) rounding out the top five.
