There was never any doubt that the Colorado men's golf team would land a spot in the NCAA regionals.
Nevertheless, announcement day comes with a bit of nerves until it's official.
"It always creates a little bit of anxiety, even though you know 100 percent that you're in the field," Buffaloes head coach Roy Edwards said.
On Thursday, the NCAA announced the pairings for regionals, with the Buffs, ranked No. 32 nationally by GolfStat (No. 26 by Golfweek), heading to the Central/Purdue Regional in West Lafayette, Ind.
This is the fifth consecutive season that the Buffs have been included in the regional field — the second-longest streak in CU history.
