AUBURN, Ala. -- The Buffaloes certainly never quit.
Down by as many as 15 points late in the first half, the Colorado men's basketball team stormed back to post an impressive road win Tuesday afternoon, topping Auburn 91-84 before a national television audience.
George King and Josh Scott proved to be twin terrors against the Tigers. King scored a team-leading 27 points, making 9-of-14 shots, and also grabbing seven rebounds. After a rough opener, Scott rebounded to go 8-for-10 from the floor, finishing with 24 points and a team-leading nine rebounds.
