CU football: Position switch adds depth on Buffs' offensive line

Colorado's football team has added a little depth to the tackle position this summer.

Connor Center, a redshirt sophomore, has shifted from tight end to tackle and has spent the summer in offensive line meetings.

"I think we're healthier at the tight end position and we thought he might have an opportunity to grow into a tackle, so we're going to give him a look over there," CU offensive line coach Gary Bernardi said.

Center didn't play high school football, but was recruited by several schools after he posted a workout video on YouTube.
