The Colorado football team could be adding yet another quarterback to the roster.
Buffzone.com has learned that Davis Webb, a transfer from Texas Tech, is visiting Colorado this weekend.
The 6-foot-5, 224-pounder was granted his release from Texas Tech on Dec. 30. In a press release that day, Webb said he will finish his undergraduate degree this spring. That would make him a graduate transfer, allowing him to play immediately for another school this fall. He has one year of eligibility remaining.
Named the Most Valuable Player of the 2013 Holiday Bowl, Webb has given no indication about the schools he is considering, but CU is clearly in the running.
