Despite another strong showing in doubles play, the University of Colorado women's tennis team fell to Arizona State University, 4-3, Saturday afternoon despite winning its fourth-straight doubles point.
"Tough loss but I am even more proud of the team today than I was after yesterday's win," said head coach Danielle Steinberg. "Coming back and winning seconds sets is to me the thing that shows grit and heart the best, and we had plenty of those today. We could also see the amount of growth this team made in the past few months with the amount of close matches, winning or losing.
