BOULDER — The Colorado coaching staff waited until the last possible moment to reveal whether or not star receiver Laviska Shenault would play against Arizona in Saturday’s Pac-12 game at Folsom Field.
The verdict as play began: Shenault and CU defensive end Mustafa Johnson were both out, while Arizona’s two game-time decisions, quarterback Khalil Tate and running back J.J. Taylor, both suited up.
Buffs cornerback Chris Miller was also ruled out for the rest of the season with a torn ACL — one of three defensive starters unavailable following Aaron Maddox’s injury against Air Force.
Shenault and Johnson were considered game-time decisions going into Saturday’s 2:30 p.
