Monday was a big day for the Buffs on the recruiting trail, as Drew Carter, a dual-threat quarterback from Portland, Ore., and Josh Bryan, a kicker from Chatsworth, Calif., both announced their verbal commitments.
Carter, a 6-foot-3, 195-pound quarterback from Tigard High School, has a three-star rating from 247Sports.com and Rivals.com. According to 247Sports, CU is Carter’s only Power 5 offer, but he also has offers from Boise State, Fresno State, Montana State, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah State.
