University of Colorado superstar wide receiver and cornerback Travis Hunter announced Friday that he will be in the upcoming EA Sports College Football 25 video game.
Hunter posted a College Football 25 graphic on Instagram and included the caption "I'm in the game."
EA Sports' hugely popular college football video game franchise has been dormant for over a decade, as the last release was NCAA Football 14 in 2013.
Lawsuits related to student-athletes not being compensated for their likenesses being used in the game were the deathblow to the franchise, but things changed in 2021 when the Supreme Court ruled that college athletes could be paid for their name, image and likeness (NIL).
