A couple weeks after Colorado’s spring practice, defensive back Kevin George is moving on from the program.
George announced via Twitter he would be entering the transfer portal on Wednesday afternoon. The scarcely-used cover corner was poised to contribute in 2018, but was slotted behind Trey Udoffia, Dante Wigley and others on the depth chart last season. His only true game experience was recording one tackle at Nebraska.
“I will be entering the transfer portal and looking to attend a new football program,” George wrote in his Twitter post.
