NAPA, Calif. — The Colorado women's golf team ended the Silverado Showdown 13th overall after the Buffaloes shot a 26-over 314 in the final round on Tuesday.
Northwestern took home the trophy after a three-day score of 870 as the Wildcats were just 6-over for the 56-hole tournament. Southern California finished second after recording a 2-under 286 in the final round for a total score of 874. Rounding out the top five were three more Pac-12 opponents in Stanford (881), Oregon (884) and Washington (886).
The Buffs, who entered the third day tied for seventh, hit a rough patch with five double bogeys and on triple on the day.
