The Buffaloes put up their worst effort of the young season today, but luckily not many people were there to see it, as they were able to hold off the Nebraska Omaha Mavericks, 87-82. Down by as many as 13, the Buffs were able to do just enough in the second half to earn the victory.
George King scored 16 points and was often the only Buffalo to create his own offense. Josh Scott had 14 points and 12 rebounds and Tre'Shaun Fletcher added 15 points for a second straight solid game.
