Spruce (22) set the receptions record for most in Pac-12 history.
Colorado senior wide receiver Nelson Spruce recorded his 260th career reception for Colorado during his game vs. UCLA on Saturday.
Spruce broke the record previously held by Arizona's Mike Thomas. Thomas played for Arizona from 2005-08. Through eight games, Spruce had 51 receptions for 563 yards (11 yards per catch) with 2 TD's this season. Spruce also had 106 receptions last season, with 55 his sophomore season and 44 his freshman season.
