The first domino has fallen in Colorado’s quest to build a new offensive line, as Buffaloes starting left tackle Gerad Christian-Lichtenhan has officially entered the transfer portal. Lichtenhan will be using his graduate transfer to leave Boulder and play elsewhere in 2024. It’s unsurprising that Lichtenhan is hitting the portal, after Coach Prime told media that the Buffs need to completely replace their offensive line after the Buffs’ loss to UCLA.
While Lichtenhan’s time in Boulder was short-lived, it was certainly eventful. Lichtenhan arrived in Boulder with a lot of hype and expectations, as he was the tallest player in Colorado football history at the time of his arrival.
