SAN FRANCISCO — The University of Colorado women's golf team opened the 2022-23 season in seventh place after the first two rounds of the University of San Francisco Intercollegiate at The Olympic Club Ocean Course on Monday.
Colorado shot 17-over par, a two-round total of 585, at the 5,976 par 71 Ocean Course. The Buffaloes sit six strokes behind Oregon State and seven outside the Top 5 where BYU resides in fifth.
UCLA is the leader after day one, shooting 4-under, 564, for the first 36 holes. California is in second place at 2-under, 566, carding the only other under-par 36-holes in the field.
