BOULDER – The University of Colorado tennis program heads to Fresno, Calif., this weekend to take on Southern Utah and Fresno State Friday and Sunday, respectfully.
The Buffaloes open the 2020 dual season against Southern Utah Friday at noon in the second season under head coach Danielle Steinberg. The team will look to build off the success that was had last year when the team had just six players throughout the spring. CU now boasts nine student-athletes including four freshmen.
Colorado had a successful fall season with Sara Nayar and Monica Malinen leading the way as the two finished ranked in doubles with a 6-9 overall record that included a pair of top-40 wins.
