With an extremely small class because of a low number of seniors the Colorado Buffaloes have had a slow start to the 2016 recruiting cycle, joining Iowa State as the only P5 school without a commit. That all changed on Tuesday night when Beaverton, Oregon quarterback Sam Noyer decided to make his verbal to CU official.

Noyer visited Boulder this past weekend and made the decision after returning home to Oregon.
