BOULDER – The University of Colorado track and field program hosts the Colorado Invitational this Friday and Saturday at Potts Field.
The meet will feature three NCAA Division I opponents in Air Force, Colorado State and Northern Colorado. In addition, there will be 14 NCAA Division II teams, including 11 from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. In total there are 21 teams scheduled to compete and numerous other non-NCAA athletes entered.
Events begin Friday at 2 p.m. with the javelin, hammer throw and triple jump competitions. The rest of the schedule begins at 10 a.
